The Mackintosh Dog Lead

The Mackintosh dog lead in our own signature red tartan hand printed pony hair, makes a distinctive fashion statement with its playful nod to the Highlands of Scotland. Named it for Scottish architect and designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh, the lead is 1 metre long, by 1.8cm wide. Made from two continuous strands of fine Italian Vegetable tanned leather, with our signature gun-metal dog clip. The lead is the perfect companion to our Mackintosh collars for the coordinated look.

The Mackintosh lead comes in its own Alice Foxx duster bag plus a free sample size Renapur Leather  Balsam to keep it in tip top condition.

The Mackintosh dog lead is named for visionary Scottish architect, designer and artist, Charles Rennie Mackintosh. His designs bridge the Arts and Crafts movement and the birth of Continental modernism. We share his belief that design carries through to the smallest detail, which is why our Mackintosh leads and collars combine our distinctive hand printed tartan motif pony hair, with a luxurious Vegetable tanned leather lining and the finest quality Italian hardware. The Mackintosh lead is hand edge painted for that added touch of luxury.
