Alice Foxx endeavour to dispatch items as quickly as possible. Stock items will be sent within one working day. If your item is not in stock, or is bespoke, we will notify you at the point of order and give you an estimated delivery date – typically within 10 working days.
We ship all of our UK orders by First Class, signed for post. As soon as an item is dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number for your parcel, which is insured during transit. Postage is charged at cost price and is determined by weight. If you order more than one item they will be dispatched together to ensure you pay the lowest rate available under our established terms.
All items on our site are inclusive of VAT. If you require a VAT invoice we are happy to provide you with one.
For customers buying from abroad from our UK site we dispatch using Royal Mail Internationally Tracked delivery. Cost are determined by weight and destination and are charged at cost price. For customers within Europe, VAT is included in the sale price. If you are outside of Europe, UK VAT will be deducted from the retail price. International goods are sent delivery duty unpaid, customs and import duties may be applied when the item reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
For customers buying from our International website, items will be dispatched by WebInterpret Parcel Forwarding. WebInterpret will send confirmation direct to the buyer including the tracking number.

At Alice Foxx we pride ourselves in producing a high quality luxury product, but if you do wish to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com. You may return item to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty). If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, we will accept returns up to 21 days. Items should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.
Ensure you choose an appropriate carrier and get proof of postage, Alice Foxx cannot be liable for any goods lost in transit. Please provide us with the scheduled delivery date, carrier and tracking number.
We regret that bespoke items that are made to measure, cannot be returned except on the grounds that they are faulty, or of incorrect size. We make very endeavour to assist customers to correctly measure their dog for bespoke items, but the ultimate responsibility for providing accurate details rests on the buyer.
If an item arrives damaged please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order reference number and including photographs of both the packaging and the product. We will only provide a refund if you provide us with evidence of the damaged packaging.
Once we have received the goods, we will send you a confirmation email and authorisation of a refund. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be received following receipt of the goods.
